Version 4.00 - Requires new user token. A token can be obtained by going to
https://iexcloud.io/cloud-login#/register and creating an IEX Cloud account.
Select the free "Start" plan when asked. You will be sent an email
to verify your email address. In that email, click the link to access
your API tokens. In the IEX console, in the left side column, click "API Tokens".
The secret token (starts with "sk_") is the token you will paste or type into Stock Search.
PLEASE NOTE: I have no affiliation with IEX trading. I have no agreements with IEX Trading. Stock Search was created solely by me with the intent to provide a free Android Application and a platform for me to learn Android programming. Stock Search consumes data from IEX Trading. I obtain no revenue in any form for Stock Search, including no revenue from IEX Trading. IEX Trading has made changes to it's API's which requires me to make changes to Stock Search. Because of IEX Trading's changes, I made the decision to keep Stock Search free but with the data usage limitations enforced by IEX Trading.

IEX Trading's changes include different levels of service including a free level. Stock Search will NOT require a paid level of service. The free level will include monthly limitations on the amount of data that can be downloaded to Stock Search, but the amount of data that can be downloaded for free is considerable. Stock Search provides a method for viewing your current and maximum data usage at any time in the menu.

Stock Search is a stock tracker application with lots of features. Get real-time stock quotes and create a customized watchlist to display a "market watch" of symbols or stocks. Enter stock positions to track gains/losses.

Show charts for any stock! View1-day up to 5-years. View a chart by clicking a row in your simple or detailed list.
TOP TEN GAINERS/LOSERS/MOVERS
Show top ten gainers/losers/movers for today's gainers/losers and most active (volume). Click a symbol row to add it to your watchlist.
SECTOR ETFs
Show U.S. sector ETFs (https://seekingalpha.com/etfs-and-funds/etf-tables/sectors).

SEARCH FEATURE
Add one symbol or add multiple symbols at a time by separating them with commas. You can also search for a company by entering part of its name.

Performance indicators are color coded so you can quickly determine stocks/symbols that have moved up or down the most during the day.

Track your positions by adding values for positions that you own in the "Tracking Positions" page.
